HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic Risk Assessment of the operations unit, to ensure business continuity and advise management.
• Have responsibility for managing several Operations Managers and Commanders, etc spread around the country.
• Conduct security surveys of potential client’s premises and make recommendations for execution.
• Review at regular intervals security status of client’s facilities and make recommendations for improvement.
• Put in place other strategies to improve operational effectiveness.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree/HND plus other relevant security related courses.
• 5 years service experience in Senior Management position in the security or related fields.
• Security-core job knowledge and experience in scheduling post order development, employee relations and encourage usage.
• Experienced in Training including physical drills.
• Multi-tasking, solid communication skills, with a service personality and customer relations profile.
• Must be a team player, good judgment, reporting skill, risk assessment and security survey.
• Must be computer literate and have the ability to competently use the company’s security software.
