EXPLORATION MANAGER

A dynamic growth oriented exploration company seeks an experienced geologist to manage its Ghana operations. The right candidate will have a proven track record in managing exploration programmes, programme planning and budgeting, and must have integrity and be a player with superior people management skills as well as superior report writing skills.

The right candidate will be familiar with NI 43-101 technical requirement, and will have contemporary up to date computer skills and knowledge, and must be well versed in MapInfo and other technical computer programmes generally used in geological analyses. In addition to having a recognized degree in geology with a minimum of 10 years of field experience, the ideal candidate should have no less than 5 years of demonstration management and budgeting experience.

Competitive salary and benefits. Travels outside Ghana would be required from time-to-time.
