ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (ACCRA)
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- HND in Secretaryship and Management Studies or Diploma in Public Administration from a recognized tertiary institution
- Must have at least two (2) years working experience
- Knowledge of French will be an added advantage
- Should be computer literate
- Age: Not above 35 years
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective record keeping system for easy accessibility and information retrieval
- Process students data
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Director
- Shall be required to perform secretarial and executive duties, high speed shorthand and typing including the preparation of minutes of proceedings of conferences and meetings of classified nature
Applicant will report directly to the Head of School of Translators
