Our Team

Dr. Mrs. Turkson is currently a lecturer in Management as well as a hospitality management professional. She holds both an MSc. Degree in Management and a PhD from the University of Surrey’s School of Management, UK. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Ghana, and a Diploma in Management from the Mediterranean Institute of Management, Cyprus. She has a post qualification experience of over twenty six years. She is currently the Dean for the school of Applied Sciences and Arts responsible for the work of five Heads of the Departments. She also lectures at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) as an Adjunct faculty in post graduate Business Administration programmes.

Roland is a qualified Occupational Psychologist from the University of East London and the founder of Occpsych Ghana Limited. He was involved in the training of managers at River’s Hospital UK, evaluation of induction programmes for post-graduate psychology students at UEL and risk assessment of Leyton Orient Stadium UK. Having worked with clients from both private and public sector organizations, he has dealt with clients such as Centre for Democratic Development (CDD), Crown Agents, Ghana Shippers’ Council, Zenith Bank, UT Financial Services, SIC Life, Stanbic Bank and Schlumberger during his brief working time with PsyconH.R. Roland specializes in psychological interventions, organisational behaviour development and individual capacity building: coaching, mentoring and counseling. Roland has extensive experience in psychometric design, recruitment and selection of employees into high level positions, diversity training and development, performance management and appraisals, organisational behavior development, human resource management, employee relations and employment advisory. Roland is trained in behaviorist approach to coaching.
